The Her Strength Studio blog exists to provide information and advice regarding women’s health, fitness, training, and more! We know it’s different for women, because we are women. We created Her Strength to get to know you, work with you, and help you stand a little taller (literally and figuratively). From youth to graceful ageing, the women of the Capital Region deserve much more than a generic exercise program. We want to help you be MORE, not less. Which is why we extend our reach outside the studio with our blog full of insightful healthy tips for everyday life outside the gym!
