Get ready to set some personal records and see how far you’ve come! Every 3-4 months, we give you the opportunity to test your strength, endurance, and skill level here at Her Strength!
During each session you attend during that week, you will have time to do a heavy lift, a benchmark bodyweight skill, or a cardio endurance test*.

TEST OPTIONS:
STRENGTH:
1 or 3 rep max of:
-Barbell Back squat
-Barbell Front or Zercher Squat
-Barbell/Trap bar deadlift
-Barbell military press
-Barbell bench press
-Kettlebell military press
-Turkish Get-up
SKILL:
-Pull or Chin-up
-Push-up
-Pistol squat
ENDURANCE:
Swing test (max in 3-5 min)
Snatch test (max in 3-5
If you’d like to do multiple tests, we recommend testing 1-2 of these during each session. Ideally, you will pair strength with endurance or upper body with lower body so you can optimize energy in each test.
Not sure which test(s) to take? Chat with your coaches! We’ll always have suggestions and are happy to discuss options. If you choose to do one or two tests, you may also proceed to do a normal workout for the rest of your session. We are happy to walk you through what will make the most sense for you, depending on the tests you undertake.
Not into testing or not quite ready yet? No problem at all! You will do a normal workout that week.
