One in-person session per week
Gather with other postpartum moms in our beautiful studio space to learn how to move safely and effectively. Attend one in-person session per week for four weeks and practice what you’ve learned at home with the guidance of our app.
Safe for postpartum moms of all stages
Our program is specially designed to accommodate the post-pregnancy and birth body, taking into account all you’ve experienced in the last 9+ months. The core and pelvic floor muscles are specifically addressed in our program as well as special considerations for vaginal or c-section births. We recommend moms start at around 6 weeks – 6 months post birth for optimal outcomes.
Babies are welcome, but not required
You are more than welcome to bring your baby along or leave him or her at home. Whatever keeps you the most calm and focused works for us. There is a changing table at the studio and plenty of comfortable spots for feeding, as needed. We recommend that you bring along a small blanket for your baby to stay close to you throughout the class.
