Her Strength At Home: Kettlebells!
THIS AWESOME WORKOUT PROGRAM CAN BE DONE FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME!
Required equipment:
1 “light” weight kettlebell for pressing overhead and ballistics (suggested 6-14kg)
1 “moderate” weight kettlebell for squat, hinge, pull, and horizontal push patterns.
Optional equipment:
Doubles of the light and moderate-weight kettlebells
1 “heavy” weight bell for deadlifts, swings, squats, and carries
Resistance band (any variation)
You can expect:
3 workouts per week for 4 weeks. The program will include all major movement patterns, complete with demonstration videos, detailed descriptions, and supplemental exercises (breathing patterns, core work, accessory muscles) to support consistent progress throughout the program.
All workouts are delivered via TrueCoach, a convenient mobile app and website.
