Her Strength At-Home: Bodyweight for Beginners!
This exercise program is the newest addition to our online programs delivered via TrueCoach. Bodyweight for Beginners includes 12 sessions delivered 3 days per week over 4 weeks and is an excellent place to start for those who are new to exercise or those who haven’t exercised in a while!
Video demos, suggested repetitions and sets are included for all exercises and some modifications are included.
***Once you have purchased Bodyweight for Beginners, please email us at info@herstrength.studio to let us know which days of the week you would like your program delivered. All programs automatically factor in a 3 day week with a minimum of 1 rest day between each workout. For example, if you begin on a Monday, workouts will be delivered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you begin on a Tuesday, workouts will be delivered Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Let us know what works best for you and we will send you an activation email from TrueCoach to get started.
